RESERMARY POTATES
Sr. no  INGREDIENTS           QTY      UNITS
1 .           Potatoes                      250        gms
2.            Rosemary                     30         gms
3.            Salt & pepper      to taste
4.            Milk                            50          ml
5.            Nutmeg                 a pinch
Methods:                        
1.       Boil and peel potatoes.
2.       Mash the potatoes with potato masher.
3.       Add salt, pepper, rosemary and milk to the mashed potatoes.
4.       Add nutmeg and make the mashed potatoes to piping consistency.

TEXTURE: Thick
GARNISH: Grated cheese.
