HOW TO MAKE BOORANI


                                                            BOORANI
                                                 

INGREDIENTS
1.      Curd                200gm
2.      Salt                  to taste
3.      Pepper              4pinch

METHOD
1.      Sieve the curd through muslin cloth or a fine sleaver.
2.      Add salt and pepper and blend well.
3.      Serve in a bowl along with a kurma and pulao dish.
